Secluded among the forest foliage you will find the Nay Palad's spa village, the perfect place to indulge your senses with one of their world class spa treatments. We would recommend the traditional Filipino Hilot massage, but with spa treatments included in your package price why not sample a few and find your own favourite.
Yoga and meditation
The resort offers a dedicated yoga pavilion housed within the Boathouse, over looking the ocean and with the added benefit of air conditioning this is the perfect spot to find some inner calm. However daily yoga sessions with an experienced instructor can be arrange for any location around the resort, so you can choose to stretch and revitalise at the sea pagoda, tree house or even on a SUP board in the pool or the ocean.

Instead of offering set menus, resident chef Mar Silvestre loves to surprise and delight with an eclectic mix of dishes featuring the freshest local fish, meat and produce.
All of which can be enjoy from any location within the resort so if you want breakfast by the pool or to dine under the stars, that can be arranged.
Cooking lessons
