"One of the best ways to see Victoria Falls is from the air so you can really take in its grandeur. I'd advise pre-booking a helicopter excursion to avoid disappointment."

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous - 38 Wedding Anniversary

London, United Kingdom

My husband and I have just spent 5 wonderful day at the Royal Livingstone hotel celebrating our 38 Wedding Anniversary. It’s an amazing hotel, the setting on the bank of the Mighty Zambezi, the wildlife that wonder the gardens. The food was outstanding and the staff....... wow what amazing staff, they are friendly and professional and cannot, go out of their way enough to help you. The attention to detail is beyond what I have ever experienced. The hotel upgraded our room to the Livingstone Suite. All I can say is WOW it was wonderful. It’s so hard to single out any of the staff, they were all outstanding. Judith at breakfast remembered what our outings were the previous day. Dorothy a reception. Naomi our room cleaner, Henry the Butler, the turn down staff, Sidney the waiter at dinner. Mboo the golf cart driver who went out of his way to take us to the bank. Sitali at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Esther Museba who helped us with all our booking and her follow up with Bushtracks Africa was superb. The list goes on and on. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you all at The Royal Livingstone Hotel

Incredible Hotel!

Yeovil, United Kingdom

Beautifully decorated. Staff are lovely & very attentive. The food was beautiful & having dietary issues I was impressed that the Chef visited our table to go through the menu with me personally. This avoided all ‘to-ing& fro-ing’ through waiting staff. Nothing was too much trouble. A nice little touch was being greeted with ‘song & dance’ each time you arrived or left the hotel. Only problem we had was the door lock on our patio doors was broken when we arrived but this was promptly sorted with much apology, which shows just how good the service is. We were only booked in as part of a trip for 2 nights but have decided we will visit again for a week.
