The reason why I frequent Danang

Tokyo, Japan

I have spent more than 30 nights at this hotel in the past 3yrs and it is getting better each time. I have also stayed in The Nam Hai, Furama and Intercontinental. The Nam Hai is superb (but twice as expensive) and Intercontinental has one of the best kids program (but over 1hr from HoiAn). Naman offers luxury at affordable price and ideally located between Danang and HoiAn. Their main pool and beach area are gorgeous and staff are very helpful. Love their breakfast spread. The Spa staff needs bit more training and although they have quite nice activities for kids, their kids room could be little bigger. And thanks to maintenance staff hard at work everyday, their garden is impeccable!

Organic green detox

sydney

I did 2x the 4 day OGD and loved it. Benefits: lost about 4 kilos despite as much food from the detox menu as I wanted. the food is vegan and delicious. There is a good amount of variety on the menu even if you're there for 8 days. Daily massages managed to eliminate shoulder pain I had for a few years (at least for a few weeks). personalised yoga sessions took into account my physical limitations while increasing my flexibility. Lifestyle counselling sessions with Gabi were great - not preachy, nothing too far out of the realms of possibility to do at home, and Gabi showed great insight and sensitivity. as a middle aged solo traveller I don't tend to expect a lot of attention but I felt genuinely cared for by the spa and hotel staff. Great communication between the two meant a seamless experience for me. The property is beautiful, the one bed pool villa was just gorgeous. it was a bit expensive but compared to other resorts I researched Naman was the best value for what I looked for - health and luxury. Very much looking forward to my next visit.
