Good location. Well priced. Dated. Some oddities. Massive. Long walks ...

Decent place to stay if you need to be in the heart of DC. Location at DuPont Circle is great- lots to do & nice restaurants. Prices compared to other DC Hilton’s was much lower for the weekend. But the hotel needs refurbishing - Carpets / corridors on the guest floor, and the rooms feel worn out. Lobby was strange - as soon as you enter, you see a massive Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf right in front, but the reception is tucked away on the far left ... we had to look for it. Hotel has 1000+ rooms and our room (which was decent) was a long walk away from the elevator. Health club was at the far end past the conference rooms on Level T ... also a long walk, and we saw people shivering on their way back from the pool making the long walk to the elevator. Gym was nice for a hotel gym (though a long walk from the room). And Executive Lounge staff was quite good. Checkin was fast, but checkout was miserably slow because they only had 2 people even though it was prime time (~1pm). Parking attendant took ~20 minutes to get our car. Overall a 3 star experience - a little by of spiffing up of guest floors / rooms, and improvement in front desk / bell parking attendant service would make it a five star especially for the price ($130/night in the heart of the city).

Some rooms are tiny!

I've stayed multiple times for business. Great for that. Conference was at the hotel on the lower levels. The room I had last time was so small you could touch the bed and each wall around it at the same time.
