Good Place to stay

This is a very nice hotel. The newly created lobby /store area is great to get food or snacks or anything you've forgotten, but be prepared to pay for it. The restaurant food was good and the seating areas to visit was nice as well. The room was comfortable, no issues with noise of neighbor rooms to speak of. Stayed on the 8th floor fairly close to the elevator, which I recommend, as there is one hub of elevators, if you get to the far end you will walk long halls to get to them. Several areas close to visit and eat and a drug store within 2 blocks to buy supplies. City Lights of China 3 blocks away was a great place to eat as well. Great stay, friendly staff and bellman, concierge, were helpful as well. It's a little farther away from the main attractions, but the Big Bus tours stops at this location.

Great staff poor accomodations

The staff was wonderful overall especially in the arrivals and dining room. However, the accommodations are poor and overpriced. parking costs are expensive and no difference for guests, or Hilton Honors members.
