Nice hotel

Stayed here for a conference in March 2019. Construction was underway but no noise in the room, just inconvenient getting in/out of hotel. Rooms are very small, but not really a surprise for downtown DC. Nicely appointed hotel and staff was fine.

Not terrible and not great. So so hotel with construction , limited contact with staff, zero personalization. Certainly differentiates itself from the other SPG programs, and not in a good way. Maybe yes and maybe no. I'd like to see more FaceTime with the staff and personnel actually caring and knowing their guests.
