Ok Hotel

While the Omni Shoreham wouldn’t be my absolute first choice for my next trip to DC, I wouldn’t discount it either. The rooms could use some updating but staff was friendly and the beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the fitness center as well.

Old and Not Really Family Friendly

We took a Family Vacation I booked on Booking.com 2 bed and couch room. They did not have any available which meant one of my 3 kids had to sleep on the floor each night. The hotel has a lot of history but when you get to the room you can tell its very old. there were not enough plugs for electronics and the ones that were there were loose and did not work. The hot water went out one night hotel wide. All the front door guys were great but management really doesn't care about the customers so dont expect much. I've spent less and stayed at competing hotels and felt more taken care of than I did staying here. At the Grand Omni Blah Blah.
