Such helpful staff

Eastbourne, United Kingdom

Well situated and such kind, helpful and accommodating staff. Our room and bathroom was clean. It is an easy walk to all the sights in Memphis and parking charges were reasonable. We would have liked breakfast for just under 20 dollars each but they cancelled the buffet and their prices for stand alone items when you include a coffee and orange juice was not realistically priced so we ate elsewhere. Such a shame because otherwise we would have given the full 5 stars

Not worth jt

Athens, Alabama

This hotel was definitely way too expensive for the visit that I experienced here. The room was not clean, we had to clean the shower with Clorox wipes because there was hair all over the walls, the room smelled weird, all the public bathrooms smelled like poop, and one waiter was rude in the bar and grill. The only good thing about our stay is we had a nice view of the city on the 10th floor. Also they did not provide parking except valet for $29, you had to park across the street and pay $18 for overnight parking. But you had to run across the street to get to your car, so not very good for elderly people. I would never stay here again.
