Great find a jewel

Albuquerque, New Mexico

This was a pleasant surprise since we only had the internet to go by. So worth the money. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast 🥞. If we go back to BR we will definitely stay there. Thank you for making it a great stay!

Must be new management... it was great!

We travel to the Baton Rouge area quite often. About 2 years ago, we had repeated bad stays at this hotel. As a result, we began to stay at other hotels in the area. Last night, we decided to stay in Baton Rouge at the last minute and booked this hotel. We are SO glad we did! The young lady who checked us in, (petite, dark hair, great personality) double checked to ensure we had an allergen free room. She noted our Marriott status, and had already upgraded our room. We had checked in using the app, and she made the process to get to our room quick, as it should be. When we got to our room, the housekeeping was spot on. It's been a long time since I found a hotel room so clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was nice, and the folks at the desk when we left were equally hospitable. Overall, the professionalism of the staff at this hotel went from our visits two years ago being a zero to a ten this weekend. Kudos, Renaissance.
