Another good experience!

Midland, Michigan

We stayed here again because we had such a good experience last time. We were not disappointed this time. Everyone on the staff is very kind and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed being there. Our room was at the end of a hall and quiet. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

Best in Baton Rouge, but not up to star

The property is new and beautiful but the service is lacking. The staff are friendly and nice, but not prompt and the amenities usually provided at a higher level Marriott simply fail here. The app and chat features fail, and expect a long wait if you request anything out of the ordinary (e.g., a wine glass to your room). Not totally sure why the concierge lounge gets praise at this property because it is not at all of the same caliber as others by the brand. No alcohol, few snacks. Valet parking, while available, does not work well— expect random cars to be blocking the entrance at all times and you couldn’t leave your car with a valet because they are no where to be found. The place is the best in Baton Rouge but if you’re a regular traveler with the brand, don’t expect the JW or higher end urban Marriott.
