Early Christmas Trip

West Monroe, Louisiana

When had a very enjoyable stay the weekend of Dec 13th. Excellent room, excellent check it. The bar area was very nice and we had several drinks there. We had a room on the 8th floor facing the back of the hotel and it was very quite. Will stay again!

Disappointed

Benton, Louisiana

We checked in and immediately were impressed with the appearance and Christmas decor in the lobby. The front desk attendant was amazingly professional and friendly. We decided to go to the in hotel restaurant, Tallulah, for dinner. The service was super slow and food mediocre. The wait staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. The entire hotel seemed grossly understaffed. We saw a total of 6 employees our entire 2 night stay. They were all doing multiple jobs and scrambling around to do their best. Shame on you, management. Get your employees some help. Side note, we stayed a Friday and Saturday night for an LSU football home game.
