The Stage on Broadway

Music

It's no surprise that Nashville earned the moniker, Music City. Any night of the week you can step out and find an entertaining evening of live music, often for free. Head down Lower Broadway, otherwise known as Honky-tonk highway and catch a band performing in one of the many bars that line this avenue, or head over to the Grand Ole Opry for an iconic country music experience.

Biscuits and Gravy

Food

Nashville has a booming culinary scene that includes delicious southern cuisine, like barbecue, hot chicken, and traditional "meat and threes", as well as unique chef-driven restaurants. Want to enjoy your dinner with a little live music? Head to the iconic Bluebird Café, or if you can't find a seat there, check out The Listening Room Café or Puckett's Grocery on 5th Avenue.
