The Best Trip Ever!

Millersport, United States

From the moment I walked in, I was treated like Royalty! "Day" greeted me at check in at about 9am, had difficulties finding my reservation (I was with a group of Keith Urban Fans) While we worked things out he said go have breakfast and gave me a free pass. Had problems adjusting temp in room.."Proctor" was there in minutes, very professional & taught me how to work the thermostat. Found out that 1st nite that we had "Platinum Level" privileges. Although I wrote everyone's name down, sure I will forget someone. Every single interaction I had with someone was above & beyond. "Melvin and "Ayoub" fit perfectly in the Club Level breakfast, "Ely" shuttle concierge was helpful, "Richard" my shuttle guy on several trips was polite & informative and even gave me tips for my next Nashville trip! "Kelcie" concierge, "Joanna" and so many others went above and beyond. Don't remember who I talked to about late check out but put it over the top as I didn't fly out until 8 pm and wanted to go downtown after breakfast and she allowed me to check out a little later. Manager's were the best. They obviously have a fantastic team. Thanks "Jamie" and "Brad". This was a dream vacation to see Keith Urban in Nashville. Had no idea what was waiting for me when I arrived! Didn't want to leave! Oh Yes, I will be Back!

Spoiled by Marriott

Washington DC, District of Columbia

I was excited to try a Sheraton since they merged with Marriott. Although the amenities were nice, I found the service to be lacking. The “courtesy” shuttle never showed up to get us on Saturday. On Sunday, it wasn’t available at all. The staff at breakfast appeared overwhelmed and a little uninterested. Maybe they were just busy but it was a normal weekend in Nashville. As I was finishing breakfast, I learned that I could order eggs or waffles in addition to the buffet. I hate giving bad reviews but they need to step up their game a bit. I did have great service in the bar. My room was nice and clean. I would’ve had access to the concierge lounge but it was closed. Again, a disappointment. Sorry Sheraton. I’ll be staying in Marriott next time.
