It was fine

Minneapolis, Minnesota

We had a "fabulous" room (1 king with balcony). The room was large and everything was clean. The balcony was huge, with a table a chairs and overlooked the pool / courtyard. We didn't have any problems with noise. We found the staff to all be friendly and we didn't have any issues with anything. We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. The bathroom door is frosted glass, so if you want more privacy be aware that it's not a regular door that shuts all the way.

Stayed recently at this hotel and wish I didn't! Hotel staff is very rude and unfriendly. The room has broken furniture and shutters that are broken and don't open. The "mini bar" fridge didn't fit in the cabinet in the room so they just set it on the floor next to it. The bathroom was the WORST bathroom ever! Glass doors/walls that are barely opaque so there is not privacy and its about the size of an airplane bathroom! The sink is almost unusable with the basin style but the faucet sits right across the middle. There is no counter space and no place to even hang a towel! The person who designed it was going for look and no function. The lobby staff were very unfriendly and gave us bad information several times. We complained to the manager and he said "I'm sorry" and that was it. Just stay somewhere else! Its a lot of money for a poorly run hotel!
