Not for the business person

West Linn, Oregon

Great hotel, in a nice, quiet part of the French Quarter. A short walk to just about everything. If you are staying, would highly recommend the courtyard view rooms. BUT, if you are a business person, or just like to play around on the Internet, then stay away. If you are lucky enough to get onto the web, it will be at abysmally low speeds, and you'll get kicked off in 20-30 minutes. Quite often I was informed that the maximum number of guests were logged on, and to "please try back later." I've had better connectivity and speed in Third World countries.

Great place!

Ohio

Perfect location! Close enough to the action, but far enough away from it that noise want an issue. We were able to pop back into our room numbers times through out the day without it feeling out of the way, yet we slept like babies at night with no noise! It's also perfectly located at the edge of the quarter so getting in & out by car wasn't an issue. Pricey? Yes. But not out of the norm for the area. You're gonna pay to stay that close. Clean, nice rooms. And the concierge was very helpful! She gave us a map of the area and marked all of our points of interest for us. Would definitely return and recommend to others!
