SK Conference

Some of the staff at the front desk weren't well trained in what services the hotel offers. they readily say No for everything before finding out that it's a Yes. Let's piss off the guest before finding out if what we're saying is correct.

Not bad but one problem

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

The room was nice and clean and the concierge Russell was very helpful with all our questions. The one problem is if you smoke. I know smoking is out but some people still do. I have been to many Hyatt hotels but for the first time I feel they didn't care about my safety. They make you go outside, off property, in a little side alley to smoke. As soon as you sit on a bench you are approached by homeless people wanting money or cigarettes. In the day time it is annoying but at night time, it is scary. They have an outdoor rooftop pool area where they could have a secure smoking section, but no. I get it, smoking is bad and I agree with no smoking inside but in an alley? If that is their stand than they should advertise on their site " NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY " so I know and don't go there.
