Birthday Weekend

I stayed here for my birthday weekend and I had no complaints! The valet was attentive and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best I've ever used in a hotel. The room view was nice and the best part was that you're attached to the mall. The lounge was also a nice added feature. We will return for sure!

We stayed for a couple of days on Spring Break and had such a great time. We were there with teenagers, and it was nice for them to be able to go freely back and forth to the mall, restaurants etc. The hotel smells wonderful. The executive lounge has great offerings and service. The pool deck is so nice. We had a corner suite 1705. It is possible to completely close off the bedroom from the sitting area which has a fold out bed and it's own TV and full bathroom. So great for family. The only con was that they were slow with getting the car around - not really a big deal. The phones were out in the hotel which was not something they could fix. I might suggest sticking a note under everyone's door alerting them to the phone problem and giving them numbers to call etc that would help. But we were able to call front desk from our cell phones and get room service etc. We really enjoyed our stay.
