Service of a motel 8

Horrible service.... where do I start. I stayed 3 days at this hotel. Each day something happen. I will speak on 3 things. One day at the bar i was with friends. The waiter dump about 7 drinks/beers on all over me. I did not receive a apology or even sir are you ok. Granted when I went to the front desk Micolette Jenkins was very tentative to the situation and immediately offer me dry cleaning for clothes and a credit to my room. The next day I meant with friends and decided to go back to the same bar in the hotel, only to find that they was close at 12:20am, when all signs and online states 2am. I apologized to my friends for the inconvenience and headed to the front desk to inquire. There I uncounted KEISHA, I ask her why was the bar close and signs and online states 2am. She replied it was slow and it's the bar decision to close if it's slow. Not sure how or what interprets as slow because there was some major events/conferences going on at the hotel this week and weekend. KEISHA then said there are near by bars you can uber to. I replied I dont want to spend more money when I purposely booked to stay at this hotel because of the options. I then said well if your willing to provide me with a uber then I would be willing to check it out. She laughed and said we will not pay for your uber. I ask what are my options. She said you have none maybe switch hotels. I then requested to have the manager call me. I went to bed and said goodbye to my disappointed friends. The next day I found out keisha did not provided or request a manager to contact me. Once again I encountered Micolette, she knows service. I am a legacy SPG MEMBER, I have never been treated as such. I then walked to the bellman station and ask if they provide shuttles to the airport the guy said yes I said great we will be ready in 15mins. We return in 15mins and found a black car to take us to the airport I asked the same guy is this the shuttle service you provide he said yes. Well when we arrived to the airport the driver ask If we was paying cash or credit. We was like we didn't know the guy at the front of hotel. The driver apologized and said I should report them. So once again I paid for a 30 ride where I could have easily got a uber for 9$. I dont understand. I'm not sure if I would ever stay at that hotel again.

Wonderful stay, staff is very friendly, from front desk to Valet, to dining room. Especially impressed by Mya, one of the Valet staff, she arranged an Egg hunt for my Grandaughters, complete with clues, maps, and candy filled eggs and baskets, with eggs hidden in various parts of the hotel, it was a very generous and thoughtful thing to do. This was no doubt the best hotel stay we’ve ever had, kudos to Mya for making our stay memorable!
