the staff in the concierge lounge is amazing!

Springfield, Illinois

Carolyn Lee and Beverly Minniefield were super helpful and amazingly friendly. I was Malagasy greeted with a smile and a most welcome offer of assistance. I will be sure to return to the Sheraton next trip to Dallas. Thank you Carolyn and Beverly!

Billing issue and poor quality of room

Austin, Texas

The rooms are not what you would expect for a hotel charging over $300 per night. Towels were small and scratchy, sheets were very stiff and felt “crunchy” and pillows were awful; the type where your head sinks down so low it hits the bed. There was also no fluffy down comforter as others have mentioned. Just a few thin sheets on the bed. There was also a billing error which was unacceptable. We booked and paid in full upfront on Hotwire weeks ahead of time but were then charged additionally for a full night by the hotel. I have used Hotwire many times and this has never happened once. When calling the Sheraton to discuss, the recording for billing department mentioned my call may be outsourced to a call center in another country. Huh?! I ended up calling the front desk instead and the woman was completely clueless as to why we we were charged and barely muttered an apology. Will not be returning!
