Good Location

La Jolla, California

This hotel has a great downtown location. The staff was welcoming and the room was large and well appointed. Very clean and comfortable. Downtown Portland is great for walking and has plenty of good restaurants, The hotel staff was very helpful with restaurants and attractions.

Not sure it was worth the money.

Casper, Wyoming

The location of this hotel is awesome. Within walking distance of so many things. We were there for the Brew Fest and it was totally doable. You are also right across from all of the food trucks which can be handy except at night when some of the homeless people raid the garbages and don't put the items back in the garbage. The front desk and especially the guys out front were really friendly. We left at 4 AM and they were so helpful. As for the room we had, not totally impressed. We had a corner room that had great views from the15 floor. However, the AC did not work properly and because of the two side of windows and the 90+ degrees everyday, the AC could not catch up. We alerted the front desk after the first day and it really did not improve much. I think the thing I was most disappointed in was the "resort fee" on our credit card when we got home. What did we get extra for the fee that we were charged? Also, I did not see this anywhere when we made the reservation and that may be my deal, but not impressed with the charge when we got home.
