Friendly service

Great location in Times Square, warm welcome on check-in and offered a glass of champagne. Breakfast in restaurant connected to the hotel and is a limited menu for Platnium members - not good. Houseekepeing service is average, missed cleaning my room twice.

Awesome Property, Awesome Service

Louisville, Kentucky

I had the good fortune of staying at The W a few weeks ago with my family. And while the hotel is beautiful and the suite we stayed in was fantastic, the service really set the place apart from other Marriott properties. Perhaps it's because I'm Platinum with Marriott or maybe because I left a small tip, but man, they treated my family like gold. I have to give a shout out to both Danny and TJ (could be JT, can't remember), who were both awesome. The hotel is truly located in the belly of the beast in Times Square and given that we were there for a "touristy" Spring Break trip, you can't beat the location. But a simply walk out in to Hells Kitchen gives you every eating option you'd want. Great place but even better service. Will definitely be back.
