Elegant and great location

Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

The hotel is located in a great location in Soho. The lobby is elegant with heavy front doors and a perfumed aroma. The rooms are very stately and comfortable. We got a corner suite and the views were wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

Preparing for a visit but already getting terrible service

We have a trip to The Dominick this weekend and we called to ask a few questions before our arrival. We were transferred to the front desk and then that person hung up on us. On our second call, we were transferred again and went through 2 people, to then get hung up on again. On our third call, we were transferred and went into a voice mail machine. On our fourth call, guest services picked up and with an incredibly snotty attitude, told us that 'if someone is free, they'll pick it up, otherwise just leave a message." Wow! Really? She sounded angry and unhappy to even have to answer my call. Is this what the experience is going to be like this weekend? No longer feeling excited.
