St. Helier, United Kingdom

The hotel is in a good location. The staff are very professional and the rooms well appointed, clean and well serviced, however, I found the air conditioning unit in my room extremely loud even on its lowest setting and the traffic noise excessive.

Less than average

I stayed here for a short business trip. It was nice enough. Good location right by the subway. The rooms however are a bit shabby. Old sheets furniture has seen better days. I also had a leaky a/c unit and when i complained all they did was shut off my unit and vacuum the water a bit. But they left me in a warm room with a wet floor for the rest of my stay. I won’t be stating here again.
