Disappointing

Los Angeles, California

Old school priorities ... and old dated rooms. This hotel caters to male business travelers, to the exclusion of others. I am a loyal Marriott traveler so disappointed that this hotel could not deliver on service. Traveling for business and my room is located In a very loud location in the hallway, (on the alley so no view) and a low floor so the wait for the elevator takes forever. At check in, there were 10 guests for 2 reception greeters. Very abrupt service and inexperienced staff. Guests can be assured much better quality at The Edition or W Hotels with more progressive and service oriented teams.

Nice hotel, but valet banged up my bumper.

The hotel was nice enough by city standards, but the charged me $85 to park my car and returned it with the bumper banged up. The parking vendor, ipark, took a month to review the claim, and has now rejected it. Time to figure out how to appeal (getting to be a lot of stress for a weekend of relaxation).
