excellent NY choice

This review is for the acknowledgement of Jalel at the front desk. He has been assisting me for almost 20 years and he is a true professional in every aspect. He is a superb representative for the Novotel hotel chain. I'm a small business owner and when I check in with Jalel, he always makes me feel that I am as important as a CEO for a major company. Thank you for 20 years of great service.

Great Location, Great Staff, Great Vacation

United Kingdom

Just cant say enough good things about the hotel, great location, staff were super helpful with Jaime at reception a standout and making check-in easy and efficient (so dont know where some of the other comments relate to but all the staff we engaged with were friendly and couldnt have gone more out of their way to be helpful. Great selection for breakfast (but not sure could afford the $80+ each day for us all). Room was kept tidied and clean throughout however would have been nice to have a coffee machine (but there was complimentary tea and coffee each morning in reception). Will be honest and say that the room was a little tight but then again there arent many family room options in NYC and I have 6' (14) and a 6'6 (16) sons and I was being a little tight not spending out more for 2 rooms at time of booking. Location was brill with good subway connections, easy walking distance to many attractions and loads of options for food (which if kept off broadway there are some great places at reasonable prices) Boys used the gym which was well equipped and never really that busy. Loved the outside bar and was super cool having a drink with the missus with Times Square in the background. Views from our room (including the Hudson at a bit of a stretch!!) were great whether from the room we had on the 9th Floor on the first night or 31st for rest of the stay. Completely recommend
