Not a great experience...

Great location, luxury entrance... the Loews definitely promises to deliver but in the end it is a soap bubble. Crises in the management perspires everywhere. Food arrives just warm to your room -perhaps due to freezing corridors temperatures?-, items missing, and extremely expensive. How about $85 for two coffees, one rice crisps and two poached eggs with two toasts? And how about in the menu is written “with bok choy” and arrives with broccoli and no one ever asked you if you are “alright” with it? It turns a customer into a child, right? Someone else decides for you, but you pay $80 for your salmon in any case. The personnel good willed but clearly not the top notch of professionals. Trolleys get knocked, orange juice spills, my toes get run over... Noisy at all hours except perhaps after six. Add to it the most expensive parking in NYC. So, with so much in the market... this is not a place to return.

Perfect stay - 10 min walk to NYC Central Park

Miami, Florida

Great location, very pleasant American Style hotel, nice size rooms for a NYC hotel, plus Art Deco-Modern Decor....friendly, professional staff, beautiful bar.....the only downsize is the $9 each per person Coffee and very high overall prices on food and wine in the Regency Grill - even for NYC!!
