Great location and value

Holly Springs, North Carolina

Got a great deal from an email. Terrific location, and the hotel looks like it is brand new. For you shower fans, the shower is super strong! The bar left something to be desired, the staff did not care about a couple who came in near closing looking for a meal. Would recommend highly.

Unreasonable Manager

I was unable to cancel my reservation with this hotel prior to their deadline. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and spoke to the manager to try to cancel the reservation and instead get a credit or a reduced fee. But she not understanding and very rude despite the reservation being greater than 24 hours away and after explaining the situation resulting in us having to pay the full amount. My family and I have been a loyal Hilton customers but will no longer stay at their hotels after this incident.
