Really Bad Cutomer Service

Gurugram (Gurgaon), India

Really bad customer service. There was a beeping sound in my room all night and the Guest Services lady told me that she can't do anything about it. She said only thing she could do is to either give me ear plugs or I have an option to sleep on the streets. Couldn't sleep all night. Risk this hotel at your own peril

Awful Staff

Houston, Texas

I have had issues with the hotel, starting a few days before my check in date. I will never stay at this hotel again. Every single time I would report a problem, no one said sorry or anything. They would just tell me how they can't do anything. Once I arrived, I was already mad since the front desk staff told my guests that the reservation would be canceled in an hour which I don't understand why since I had spoke to the front office manager the night before. So did I not actually speak to the manager? Every single time I called, no one would tell me the name or the name of the hotel. I had to ask to make sure im calling the right hotel and ask for the person's name I was speaking to. None of my rooms were ready. Making my guests think we don't have rooms was annoying. Every single time I called the hotel for anything, every single person would give me wrong information. Even one person would tell me he was the director of Front office, yet you don't give out your name when answering the phone. Only person who was nice at all was the female night audit. Housekeeping would go into my room after I had a "Do Not disturb" on my door. What the hell is the point of having a DND on my door and housekeeping still comes into my room?!?!?!
