Worst room condition I have ever stayed in!

I don't know how the rating for this place is so high. I stayed in room 255 on January 18th. My sister booked it under her name Sarah Razer. Go ahead and confirm. Also, i attached pictures of me in the room and also pictures that support what i say. There were dead cockroaches in our room, a pentagram with 666 etched in our wall (not even joking), stains all over the carpet, and furniture that looked like they found it on the side of the road. Literally the worst place i have ever stayed at, and i have stayed at some seedy hotel 6s.

Another great stay.

Stafford, Connecticut

This is our third winter stay and fifth visit over all. The staff is great, from check in, to check out, every one is friendly and always asking how everything is and is there something they could do for you. Cookie time is the best, with home made cookies every day at 3:30 PM. There is also coffee, tea, hot chocolate (lemonade in summer), and water available most of the day. We did miss the breakfast buffet, but understand that it is more cost effective with fewer guests to do made to order breakfast, and with three choices each morning there is sure to be something for everyone. we love sharing with other guests at cookie time and enjoy getting to know those that are willing to share. looking to return in July for stay number six. See you there!
