Quaint Inn Experience

Mobile, Alabama

We had two rooms in the main building. Our understanding is that our rooms were larger but not as updated. They were perfectly adequate. We were traveling with a baby so we lucked into one of the rooms actually had a large walk-in closet with a window - so the pack-n-play that we brought with us (they do not have cribs) fit nicely in there (I think it was room 103). The lobby reminds you of what an inn should be. It is small but in addition to the desk where you check in there were two comfortable couches in addition to a game table that had a Scrabble game waiting to be played (which we did since one of our night's was a Sunday night and not a whole lot to do in KBP on Sunday). Our package included breakfast which we ate one of our two mornings. The food was good. Location is second to none. Right near absolutely everything in KBP. Looks over the river.

Great Stay

New Hampshire

We just got back from two nights at the KPT Inn. The recently remodeled common areas are bright and classy. Our room was a little dated but very comfortable and spacious. A “premier king”, the room had a lovely gas fireplace that would be nice on a chilly fall day. The AC was efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the off-street parking which is a real boon in this quaint little town. The food from the restaurant was very good. Menu selections are limited but we enjoyed what we had. Lots of attractive outdoor seating. If I could change things I’d offer in-room mini fridge and more outside seating not associated with restaurant service — a place to sit and read a book, say. All in all a great stay.
