Such a disappointment!

Between rude staff and filthy rooms, we received nothing you would expect at this price point or the Omni name. It’s a shame that this hotel is being let go in this manner. Staff should be trained on providing 5 star service, not left to be bitter and dissatisfied in their own work experience.

BEWARE - Not the Mount Washington you wish it was.

We’ve been to the MW five times in the last few years. It’s deteriorated to the degree we won’t be returning. Slept in a room with no heat the first night. Loud banging pipes the second night. No sleep at all. Outdoor pool is closed. No advance communication anywhere on the site or when speaking to staff. Stained furniture throughout. Literally a vinyl sticker covering the exterior of the main fireplace-was told it was a renovation? Housekeeping didn’t clean room fully - leaving glasses and robes strewn around. Food was ok. Service was very friendly. Not at all worth the price. Literally isn’t maintained and continues to break down. So sad.
