Las Vegas and Orlando are two of the United States’ most thrilling destinations but in different ways. In Las Vegas, you can immerse yourself in another world of bright lights, 24 hour parties and action packed adventure. While Sin City is known as the destination for thrills and spills, the great thing about it is that the city caters for everyone, making it a fantastic destination for a group or family trip.

Revellers will delight in the world class pool parties, the gambling in luxurious casinos and the raucous club nights hosted by renowned DJs. Those who prefer a more relaxed holiday can find retreat in Las Vegas’s indulgent spas, or by enjoying downtime with a classic cocktail by the pool.

In Orlando, it’s time to hit the theme parks for an adrenaline rush. In the theme park capital of the world, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to choosing a destination to adventure in. From the Universal Studios to Disney World to Legoland, whatever your theme park tastes there will be one to spend a day in. Die hard theme park lovers can even spend a week trying them all.

The Strip

The first stop on your action packed adventure will be Las Vegas, which is affectionately known as the world’s party capital. A glimmering oasis found in the heart of the Mojave Desert, you’ll be treated to dazzling hotels and casinos, sparkling lights and world class shopping.

In Vegas, you’ll be overwhelmed with the wealth of activities and adventures to indulge in. Foodies rejoice, as Vegas is home to some of the country’s best fine dining restaurants and there are plenty of choices too.

Those wanting to warm up before they hit the roller coasters of Orlando can start on one of Las Vegas’ thrilling rides, including the High Roller which sits on top of the Stratosphere hotel at 277m, looming over the glittering Las Vegas strip.

In the evening, admire the colourful water show of the Bellagio Fountains, hit the clubs and casinos, or experience one of the city’s renowned shows.

Universal Orlando Resort™

Perfect for adults and kids alike, the fun never ends in Orlando. The city is home to more than a dozen thrilling theme parks, so you’ll have plenty – if not too much – choice when deciding which one to let loose in.

One of the city’s most renowned theme parks is, of course, Walt Disney World. The huge complex features different parks, including the Magic Kingdom and Epcot, as well as water parks where you can get soaked and cool down from the sun.

Another major attraction is Universal Orlando. This top destination is home to the Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and in the past decade, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. In the latter, Potter fans can roam sets that look like they’re straight out of the films. This includes the eerie Diagon Alley and the quaint town of Hogsmeade.

Away from the big brand theme parks, there are also plenty of shopping and dining opportunities in Orlando. These offer the perfect breaks between soaring across the skies on all those rides.
