Nashua, New Hampshire

Unfortunately upon check-in found cracker crumbs on the floor between the beds, so obviously the room had not been cleaned. The next morning we were awakened at 9 AM to the smoke alarm chirping needing a new battery so far not off to good start . The front desk staff was excellent and very apologetic and said they would send house cleaning and engineering . Got home at 8 o’clock that night to find a battery have been changed, the room vacuumed but only one of the two beds have been made up. The front desk was appalled and offered to have someone come up and make the bed, but that point I said never mind . The next day I called to find out check out time and he said I could delay check out until 1 o’clock to make up for what happened in the room which I really appreciate it . Two minutes later he called me back and also gave my granddaughter and I free breakfast buffet coupons which was extraordinarily nice . The pool and hot tub was great but the ladies locker room was 3/4 of the way under an inch of water which the towel attendant said they were waiting for low season to have it repaired it was a disaster waiting to happen . We ate lunch and dinner in Reds, the host and wait staff were extremely friendly and professional and I was very pleased with their service. But I must warn everyone the menu is very limited and extremely expensive I felt $30 for lobster roll that you could get anywhere else for about $20 was outrageous. The breakfast buffet was lovely but also expensive .

I would say it's overall a pretty mediocre resort. Food was so so, bed was broken, rooms are dated and not cleaned very well. The place is overpriced and service sort of lacks. I would say that we wouldn't bother going back.
