Walking Distance to Old Boston

Spokane, Washington

The Westin Boston Waterfront property is located walking distance to Old Boston waterfront where many restaurants & bisto's are located and near the Black Falcon Cruise Terminal. The hotel's well appointed spacious rooms are an added plus. The coffee shop and fine dining restaurant located in the hotel has something for everyone.

Hotel Ran Out of Basic Supplies During Our Stay.

New Hampshire

We payed about $200 a night for a king bed 15th floor room at the Westin during February/March 2020. The real selling point for this hotel is that if you are attending an event at the BCEC during the Winter, the Westin has a bridge to the convention center so you do not have to go outside. Our stay at the hotel was below average, which is why I gave it two stars. Check in is pretty late, check out is at an average time. Has a nice lobby. Our room was very basic, but clean for the most part, however, I called the front desk on our first night and requested an extra blanket - two hours and three phone calls later I was told, "we have no more blankets, or towels." I understand that it was a busy convention weekend but the hotel wasn't blindsided by this, they knew the hotel was sold out and they didn't have enough blankets or towels. I was just really appalled and unimpressed by the lack of amenities. My friend who stayed with me said he had better experiences at the Holiday Inn.
