Modern hotel in central boston

Nestled in the historic Back Bay area, the Sheraton Boston is ideally situated for exploring the city. It prides itself on its wealth of facilities and great central location. Those who enjoy a bit of retail therapy will be in their element with a linked walkway to the Prudential Shopping Center next door, and both Newberry Street's boutiques and the big chains of Copley Place and Boylston Street all within a 5 minute stroll. The large swimming pool is a big draw and it even has a retractable roof so you'll be able to take full advantage of New England's summer sunshine.

Excellent hotel

Thomaston, Georgia

This is a beautiful hotel in the Back Bay area within walking distance to the Boston Pubic Gardens, Boston Commons, Fenway, etc. We also enjoyed going to the Prudential Mall (all inside walking from the hotel) and walking across the enclosed walkway. Our room was very nice.

Good if you pay a discount price

Cape Cod, Massachusetts

This hotel is very convenient to many downtown attractions and you don’t even have to go outside to connect to the Prudential shops and restaurants. But the rooms are in need of an upgrade and have no free WiFi or included breakfast. We were in a junior suite and only had a fridge and tiny coffee maker (no microwave). Not only is the room price high, you have to pay for everything from that second cup of coffee in the morning to all your meals. And if we had leftovers from a restaurant meal, there was no way to heat them up in the room. Apparently there used to be a microwave in the lobby cafe, but it is no longer there. The pool was a good size (and quiet in the morning) and there are two fitness rooms - one of the benefits of a pricey hotel. But, in summary, this hotel is not a good budget choice unless you get a really good deal from some place like Priceline and, if you are in the mood to pay a lot, there are probably better deals around.
