Wow! send Help.

Los Angeles, California

If the size of my bathroom was not enough, the bar staff’s candor would answer you question...this place is an embarrassment. The price for the room is outrageous. From the moment you walk in the door, they treat you like you work here. This is not okay. Book at another hotel and visit a different establishment.

Park plaza a pleasant place

The hotel does not provide complimentary drinking water! Without this You can’t even make coffee in your room. Further In Room Dining attracts a fixed charge of $4, AND another 15% of the bill value! Quite expensive. Rooms are clear but most do not have a view. During my 6 day stay, on one of the nights , in the wee hours of 2am, the fire alarm went off! And all the guests were instructed over the speaker to leave the rooms. But it was a false alarm! Safety procedures seems to have been tested at the cost of disturbance to the guests. But the procedures appeared to have held.
