The only resort on Waikiki Beach

Set in 22 tropically landscaped acres, Hilton Hawaiian Village is literally a resort in it's own right.  The paradise pool which boasts Waikiki's longest waterslide and overlooks the five acre lagoon also houses four slides, three waterfalls and two heated spas.  There's also a whole host of entertainment, both sporting and cultural, and a mouthwatering choice of over 20 restaurants.  Not to mention the stunning white sands brushed by the waves of the Pacific Ocean.  Why not opt for a room in the oceanfront Alii or Rainbow towers where you can be assured of the best views!  Please see facilities for details of local resort fees and relevant updates.

Nice Place To Visit

toms river, new jersey

My wife and I stayed here 24 years ago celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We decided to walk through the HHV while in Honolulu just to revisit. Even if you do not stay here its worth it to just walk around. The place is large with quite a few shops and a few restaurant's. It was nice to revisit.

San Diego, California

We booked our hotel reservations through Costco and decided to go with the Hilton Hawaiian Village, I requested early check in as check in is at 3 and we would be arriving at 10:30 local time. Unfortunately we didn’t get early check in and by 3pm they were still calling to see if our room was ready. The room is advertised as ‘Ocean front’ witch is misleading they should be ‘Ocean View’ rooms as none of them actually are Ocean front. We stayed in the Ali’i tower witch you are supposed to wear a wristband for special perks....day 2 we took off the wristbands because there are no special perks. Water is complementary in your room but was really disappointed when we were heading to the beach we asked the front desk for 2 waters and she stated that “those are for checking in guests only. You can call house keeping from your room and have some sent up”. Wow I was so irritated we spent 2,700 for 5 nights and can’t get 2 waters from the front desk when one of the ‘perks’ of this tower is complacently waters. As we walked around the island area and ate at different hotels along the beach definitely would have rather stayed at the Sheraton or the Royal Hawaiian, even the sand on their beaches are softer. The sand on the beaches in front of the Hilton Hawaiian Village is mostly coral based so it is hard on your feet even in the water. Kids were coming out with bleeding feet after playing all day in the water. The Friday night fireworks show is great but if you want to try and get to your room afterwards here at the Hilton Hawaiian Village it’s a nightmare! We asked if we could take the stairs and the front desks responds was “only if you want me to call security and have them unlock the door and then the alarm will sound”..a simple no I’m sorry would have been ok, but some people prefer stairs to elevators anyway but you can’t take them here. Hopefully there is never a fire here because you would have a terrible time getting out. This was only night 2 of a 5 night stay. If i could get my money back to move hotels i would. The island is beautiful we will be back but WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
