The Best Hawaiian Vacation Yet - One Stop Shop for your family vacation.

Newbury Park, California

Very nice resort. The entertainment was outstanding (Luau night was fantastic), the concierge desk making arrangements for three different day activities (snuba, zipline, and sunset cruise) was professionally done and provided one of the most valuable parts of our vacation stay, and finally the hotel staff, food services, and pool area were top notch. I would recommend the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a fun-filled and relaxing vacation for a couple or an entire family.

School vacation...busy time. Underwhelmed by the view from the room.

San Jose, California

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Great location. This time got a room in building 2 that was was much upgraded on the rooms I had had previously in building 3, especially the bathroom. Due to school vacations the hotel was full and getting chairs around the pool was a challenge. As has been previously noted, the winter storms has eroded about 5 feet of the beach sand which seems to have been dumped/moved to between Whalers village and the Hyatt. At low tide the beach sand was about 10-20 feet wide. Despite the hotel being full, there was no wait for breakfast and you could always find a table to eat at lunchtime.

Daily Cliff Dive Ceremony

One of the most spectacular traditions in Hawaii has to be cliff diving and this hotel is the perfect spot from which to watch. As the sun starts to set, watch as torches are lit and the chosen diver begins their adrenaline-fuelled climb before plummeting from the cliff top and into the ocean in just a few heart-stopping seconds. Best watched from the Black Rock Grill, this is a spectacle not to be missed.

Resort guests have access to a convenient shuttle that stops off at the Lahaina Cannery Mall, Lahaina Gateway and Hilo Hattie's at the Outlets of Maui.

Lagoon Pool

The spectacular 142-yard fresh water pool acts as the stunning centre piece for the resort and meanders underneath arching bridges and amidst lush flora. Choose a lounger and soak up the sun or take a dip and venture beneath waterfalls and through gardens. There is a special shallow children's pool for younger guests plus a Jacuzzi for adults seeking a touch of indulgence. For added enjoyment there are also two pool bars, serving a range of delicious drinks and snacks.

Merging the space between the indoors and outdoors, The Spa at Black Rock is an immersive wellness facility that offers a diverse array of healing treatments and beauty services. Soothe your senses at one of the outdoor relaxation areas or opt for a private massage in one of the secluded treatment rooms for the ultimate in relaxation.
