A Cool Desert Oasis

Formerly the Wyndham, the Renaissance Palm Springs underwent a huge renovation in 2010 and is now a cool desert oasis of contemporary design. Imagine basking in the warm sunshine beside the pool, surrounded by the spectacular San Jacinto Mountains - what better way to catch some rays! Kids will love splashing around in their own pool with fun features, while you enjoy a relaxing treatment at the Spa Del Sol. Make sure you visit Dates restaurant too for some eclectic fine dining - it's popular with locals though so plan your visit!

Great hotel for the price!

Dallas, Texas

Overall the experience was great. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Lana at the front desk was great at making me feel valued as a Marriott elite member. the breakfast was really good and gave a variety of options. The trip was for relaxation so I booked a deep tissue massage and pedicure. The deep tissue was not great so I suggest doing something just for relaxation. Stephanie at the spa was amazing and offered champagne and made me feel comfortable . The pedicure was also not great. They don’t have a lot of fun or bright summer colors. I would definitely stay here again. I would only get a massage for relaxation but that’s it. The pool was nice and so were the amenities and workout room. The governors suite was beautiful. My only complaint is that it didn’t have wine glasses in the rooms Overall it’s a great hotel for the price.

Fabulous Place to Stay in Palm Springs

Vancouver, British Columbia

My wife and I stayed two nights at this Renaissance Hotel in Palm Springs, which we added as a stop on our road trip across Southern California heading to the Grand Canyon and then Las Vegas. Our time at the Renaissance was a wonderful way to relax and recharge before the long drive onward to the Grand Canyon. We had a spacious room with a balcony and it the bed was super comfortable. The hotel lobby is magnificent and welcoming, the restaurant served a delicious dinner, the pool was huge and the staff everywhere in the hotel were very friendly. And it's a short walk from downtown! What more could your ask for?
