Worst W Hotel I’ve been too

Arrived for a two night stay with my colleague at 9pm. She checked in first. Neither of us had a very good experience. The receptionist was very unprofessional, gave no instruction on the hotel, stared at her computer screen and handed over the key. When I went up to my room on the 15th floor, I opened the door to immediately see dirty sheets and laundry on the carpet. As I went to get the lift all the way back down I passed my colleague who had the same problem and was heading to a second room. I however, must have waited a further 30 minutes for them to find me a clean room with no real apology. Finally the manager on duty Chris comes out and I ask if he’s the manager. His managerial skills need some serious work. Unable to offer much of an apology for the situation and almost losing his temper at my frustration. The only redeeming factor was the day duty manager Machae who, the following day, at least displayed the professionalism you’d expect of a manager. Room was dirty and in need of renovation. As a SPG left thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning. Photos of bed which look liked it had been laid on in second room, dirty walls and even toilet paper looked like it had been recently used from.

No Mattress Cover on the Beds ! Ewwww

Not a bad hotel But This hotel did not feel clean And it definitely should not charge what it does There was no mattress cover on the bed and that grossed me out from the beginning. The all you can eat buffet is a joke .The scrambled eggs were rubbery , the fruit was not ripe and the service sucked ! The best part of the hotel was the insight driver Alonso ,he was knowledgeable and friendly .
