A Nice Hotel with some scratches

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff and accommodations were excellent. There were a few misses however. Toilet: The enamel was scratched off inside the toilet and looked bad. Wi-Fi: Terrible. Premium Movie Channels: I was surprised that they did not offer free HBO, etc. I've stayed in hotels not as good as this that offered free premium movie channels.

Never been treated worse

While checking in Saturday March 9th, with my wife and son. Original reservation was for two double beds, asked if we could get queen or king room with a roll away bed. The girl said yes no problem. Got our room on 8th floor at the end of hallway. When we entered the room and seen the size we were shocked at the size let alone trying to figure out how a roll away would fit in the room, that we were told would be sent to our room. Waited approximately 20 minutes with no bed delivered. My wife called down to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway. The woman who answered said oh yea was just about to call you about the roll away. We can not put one in that room. Wife asked if we could get our original room we reserved, the woman said it was already taken, but she could send extra linens up, as if telling us our son had to sleep on the floor. Asked to speak with a supervisor. Matt the supervisor was no more help than the previous woman, Matt was trying to blame us since we booked through third party, there was nothing he could do. When told it was his employee that made the mistake, he still refused to doing anything saying due to booking through third party. Matt then passed off to the night manager, who of course again could do nothing for us. While talking to night manager come to find out that there are only five rooms in hotel that you can not have roll away bed, yet none are flagged in their system nor does it appear staff are trained to not assign these rooms roll away. In the end, thank goodness we live locally and were only staying there due to early morning flight, my son ended up going back home so he could have a bed to sleep in and then met us at airport which cost additional to get him back to Tampa. I work in the industry and never have been treated this way by anyone until now. I will recommend to everyone I know not to come near this hotel!!!. PS just seen were we got charged for using internet another call to correct this now oh will it ever end this nightmare. Four star hotel not even close!!!
