Amazing!

Vancouver, Washington

For years, staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge at Disney World was an item on my bucket list. My dream finally came true. I had a Savana view room with two-queen beds. The room was small but adequate. Perfect for a good night’s sleep and getting refreshed for the day in vacation land. I spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at animals I could not identify. When we first arrived, we were given a 4th floor room. The view wasn’t great, so I called the desk. They were more than accommodating to move me to a central view room on a lower floor. The hotel is phenomenal. I bought the meal package which worked out well. We had buffet breakfast each morning in the Boma Restaurant and used almost all of our meal credits elsewhere. You can save a lot of money if you use up the credits and order the most expensive menu items. Buses to the theme parks are convenient and leave every 20-minutes. All services experienced were fantastic and MAGICAL!

Amazing Service and Value!

West Chester, Pennsylvania

On our recent stay we found a deal for animal Kingdom Lodge that included Concierge level. The difference between a standard room and the concierge level was about $45 a night and was well worth the money. In addition to having someone reach out to us in advance of our trip to assist with reservations, setting up fast passes, etc the value was in the food offerings on the 6th floor. Every morning was was billed as a "Light" continental breakfast was fantastic. There were assorted hot and cold cereals, yogurt, pastries, fresh fruit, a hot entree each day, smoked salmon, bagels, etc. They also had a self service espresso/cappuccino machine. The selections changed daily and even eating there 4 of our 6 mornings we did not get "bored" with the food. In the afternoons there were snacks and beverages available and after 5:0 each night was a nice display of charcuterie, assorted cheeses and 2 hot items as well as complimentary beer and wine which was a nice surprise. In the evenings after dinner assorted desserts and cordials were also offered. The staff in the lounge was extremely accommodating and very quick to clear and clean tables as guests were coming and going, especially during the busy breakfast hours. We figured even with the extra spent we saved at least $75 a day on snacks, meals that were supplemented in the lounge. If you can get a deal its definitely worth the little extra.
