Comprehensive hotel with full amenities for any occasion

The hotel staff is great and look after you in any way; the room is comfortable and clean; and the location allow you to move quickly to the most important locations in Miami. Even though, there is a good breakfast buffet, It could be improved with greater variety of food.

Room with good view from 14th floor but sadly couldnt get out onto the balcony. House keeping was poor, had to phone for towels, creamer one day came back to room at 17.15pm and it hadnt been made up, was told we had out privacy card out, this was not true and i was basically told I was a liar by 2 members of staff and that it was too late to make room up after 5pm, so after a lovely day at South Beach, all I wanted to do was freshen up and relax in my room, but instead it was really frustrating. My husband spoke to Jonathan Garcia who organised for the room to be made up and give me a credit for such poor service. There was a big conference on which makes me think the staff were over stretched. It was a real shame as the hotel is in a great location, it just needs to look after its customers better.
