Hyatt Regency Miami

Excellent location. Convenient to shopping within walking distances. Close to Whole Foods is a plus. Check-in was very smooth. Clean room. Friendly staff. Morning buffet is bit pricey. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel.

This is a nice, though dated in some areas, hotel. My trip was a combination of business and leisure as my accompanied. While it is a good location to many great restaurants, the riverwalk and Metro Mover, the street intersection is brutally congested and loud. Overall the hotel was clean, however, the entrance was a bit dirty due to area construction.The staff is ultra nice, especially cleaning and valet. Front desk was very good too, my only complaint was there was some unwarranted confusion that cause a delay in getting us checked in and to our room. The upgraded suite was nice, 40' bay windows overlooking the river and other downtown area. Again, for $259/night, and compared to other property rates, this was positive.

Hotel doing renovations but the room was huge and extremely comfortable with an incredible view of the city, the bar was great, they were serving food at 11:30 pm. Only down side was getting into the place, there was construction around the hotel
