Another Great Stay!

New York

Stayed here just one night after coming back from a European Vacation and as always they did not disappoint! It was wonderful to come back to an awesome staff and hotel. The rooms are awesome and so are the views! Thank you so much for being consistently awesome!

Disgusting pool area, terrible check-in process & rude staff

Savannah, Georgia

We self parked in the attached garage. A sign said lobby ahead but we were unaware that you have to walk across the top of the parking garage, into the event center, find an elevator and figure out where the unmarked checkin floor is. It was doable, but a big hassle and a long walk with our luggage; they need clearer signs. The checkin staff was very rude and when I asked to include my Hilton points, received a long lecture on how their policy had changed coupled with a condescending tone for asking such a question. I realize that many people in Miami are a bit rude, but this staff really ran with it. The room was ok -- no complaints. We headed to the pool for a drink and some relaxation and were a bit surprised to find a Hilton pool looking worse than a Motel 6; I'm not exaggerating. Paint was peeling from the walls in multiple areas and there was unrepaired concrete damage on the walls. It looked very dirty and the sad thing is that a fresh coat of paint would have cleaned up most of it, but I suppose the general manager just doesn't care.
