I don’t know where to start, the resort is beautiful everyone is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in block 33 it was a refurbished deluxe studio very roomy and cleaned to a high standard daily. One thing to note the beds are quite high but it comes in useful to store your luggage and shopping underneath. The food at the quick serve and sit down restaurant is great. We used the feature pool and the one closest to our block which were both beautiful and relaxing and clean. The bus service is great and we never waited any longer than 10 minutes for a bus, there is also an in resort shuttle but doesn’t seem to run as often as the park buses. We’ve already decided if we get the chance to visit Orlando again this will be where we will stay. Thank you so much for making our holiday.

Would definitely return.

Leeds, United Kingdom

We had a great stay here and other than one unfortunate incident which I have taken up directly with Disney and wouldn’t have direct relevance to most people staying here. The staff were all so welcoming. Here’s why we’d return: A nice quiet resort set around the golf course. Always managed to get on the bus to the parks on Disney Springs without a wait. Buses back to the resort seemed quieter than to any other resort The two-bedroomed unit was excellent, plenty room and well located. Boat to Disney Springs was scenic and always had space. Proximity to Epcot and Disney Springs. The lovely pool area by Hospitality House. The store onsite had enough provisions for basic breakfasts Advice to offer future visitors. If using the bus service coming home from the Parks, it doesn’t go to reception first, so get off at the first stop round the corner and walk if you’re in blocks close to reception (Hospitality House). Eat in Olivias, it’s lovely! If you have any queries, use the concierge desk which are very helpful indeed. Ask for blocks 62, 63,64 as there are the best locations for the buses. If you want an elevator in your block, you must request it as not all blocks have them. If you don't have a car, this resort is ideal providing you ask for your room to be close to reception. The only negative. The in room safe was way too small and by the time a laptop and the passports were in there it was full. They could do with a re-think on this.
