Good times, but I wish management would fix issues.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

We had a great time at the resort. It's obviously beautiful with tons of flowering plants everywhere. Our 3 bedroom "villa" really worked for us. We were near a quiet pool. The beach was a bit more crowded than I would have liked, but we came during Spring Break, so it's to be expected. OK, on to the issues: 1. No room service ; it's pretty lame that you can't even order food and have it delivered to your room. 2. No pool towels in the pool by the Bayside Villas. Use technology or a keypad/code to figure this issue out if you don't want to have a staffer on hand. You should be able to use your room key to get a towel. 3. There was no light on the porch in our Bayside Villa. It made for some dark dinners. 4. The internet was really poor and we kept getting thrown off the network then put back on. 5. There is the horrible piece of wood that stuck out on the top of the stairs that kept scraping the back of my foot/ankle when I went downstairs/ bad design 6. One restaurant (Harborside Grill) said there was no availability, but tons of tables were open. They said they were shortstaffed, but this was later contradicted by our server.

Nice place, too much power washing

Cincinnati, Ohio

This is a lovely development. However, now for the second night, I’m in my room to relax1901, and don’t the power washers by the pool and pool bar start up again. Second night in a row. Reported last night to no avail. Went till 11 pm. Wonder how long they will go tonight? Almost 10 now🤦🏻‍♀️
