Weekend Getaway

Staff were very nice, pool space is great but don't lose your chair or you may never get another one! The beach is across the street, and we found a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. El Vez, the Mexican restaurant in the hotel was convenient for lunch and the lounge area ("Living Room") has a bar and outdoor seating as well. The balcony only has one chair (and you would assume that a King bed would indicate two people) but you can take the desk chair outside. There were some ants checking out the candy offered by the hotel, but that didn't bother me although my husband didn't like that much, but I think tropical places make things like that hard to control.

Nothing compared to W South Beach

New York City, New York

While I love the W Brand, we were here during the Basel Festival in Miami. While our room was great, the pool and pool service needed a bit of work. The crowd was also a bit on the retirement side, which kind of reminded me of the feeling of the hotel. Great effort, but short of my expectations as a Titanium for Life member.
