W Hotel Ft. Lauderdale Always Delivers ...

I am a corporate business traveler for a large U.S. Consulting firm, and spend a ton of time on the road away from home. But, every time I check into the W Ft. Lauderdale, I feel like I am home. I have been staying at this property anywhere from 10 to 20 nights per year since 2013 and have never once had a bad experience. I always see the same faces upon each arrival and am always greeted with the same "Welcome back to your home at the beach Mr. Moore ..." The staff is absolutely top notch at this property as is the new renovation that they recently completed at this property. It is STUNNING!! If you are traveling for business or leisure to the Fort Lauderdale area ... I would highly recommend this property without reservation. They go out of their way each and every time to make sure that all of their guests are taken care of. I always look forward to coming back to the W Hotel Ft. Lauderdale!!

Overall great amenities and a beautiful property!

Miami Beach, Florida

I recently visited Fort Lauderdale with my family in September 2018 and we stayed at the W. The building was recently renovated and everything was top notch. In room dining was a little slow but the food was great. We did have an issue with the valet where we had to complain and speak with the manager by the name of Hughe. Unfortunately while waiting by his office for the issue to be fixed, we overheard him, the manager of the valet department Hughe, say something derogatory and racist to one of his young valet employees and it broke our heart to hear this was how the manager treats his employees. We reported it to the hotel but don't know if or efforts will go unnoticed. This guy should be in no position of power -- but I digress -- Other than our bad experience with this Hughe valet manager, our stay at the W was a great time and I'd recommend staying here to all. Check out the cool pool!
