Wedding Stay

I stayed for 2 days celebrating a wedding in October 2018. The grounds and location are excellent. Yachts everywhere, great views of intracoastal waterway, close to great restaurants, and beaches., great location!! I want to mention Bobby at the bellstand made our stay more enjoyable. He is charismatic, funny, and very knowledgeable of the area. Staff at Pelicar Bar (at the bar) need to be conscious of customers not wanting to listen to conversations among themselves about their personal life, making plans to go out, and some "f' bombs were also heard. The rooms in the Lanai area need major improvements starting with the bathroom needing to be fully renovated (vanities are still 30" high), caulking, tiles, etc...

Perfect pre- and post-cruise stay!

If you are cruising out of Port Everglades, you simply cannot go wrong staying at this lovely hotel. It's a very short drive from the airport, and very close to the pier. With the "cruise and snooze" package, you get everything you need: a free drink at the bar upon arrival, free breakfast buffet (which is quite excellent), and free transportation to the pier. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We arranged for pickup after our cruise, and after a phone call, the van to pick us up was there in less than 10 minutes. We spent the day after our cruise at the pool, which is wonderful--and decided that we would go back to the hotel just to visit the area: we were that impressed with the facilities. Friendly staff, nice rooms, gorgeous pool, great food: we will definitely be back even if we aren't cruising.
