Uhhhh ya no.

We showed up to our hotel room for a one night getaway after Disney with our two kids. The hotel advertised a handicap accessible room as perfect for a room with younger children. Couldn’t be further from the truth. The shower stall had no divider between the shower, toilet and sink and the bathroom floor had only one drain that was in the shower therefore causing flooding in the bathroom and into the main walkway. Upon arrival we had a handyman in our room fixing the curtains and with him being there we obviously could not change our children who were anxiously awaiting getting dressed to go to the pool. I had to take a trip up to the six floor for the ice machine because the one on the fourth floor was broken and I can tell you that the six floor is not nearly as nice as the main floor. I can also tell you that yes they provide lounge chairs and umbrellas but the majority of the cushions are ripped and majorly faded or damaged. You also cannot bring any outside food or beverages on their beach since it’s considered private. I would say that this resort is not family-friendly. For almost $200 I would spend a little more and go elsewhere.

Thank You Emily, Nick, and Yasheeka !!!!!!!!

Orlando, Florida

Stayed at this hotel for a getaway with my wife. Hotel looks old compared to the brand new ones on the strip but don't let that fool you. The rooms are clean and the private beach with the tiki bar was a nice alternative to the public beach (Which we rarely went to) The staff at the front desk was nice and helpful but Emily and Nick were stars. They were the best duo we had encountered at the front desk, They are so helpful and genuinely make you feel like family not just another guest. Resturant was ok.. Yasheeka (who was our server ) was phenominal every time we seen her. I hope this hotel does not close and become a Marriott like they are planning. Thank you Emily, Nick, Yasheeka and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable,
