Stolen items from room...unresponsive staff.

Panama City, Panama

First time in over 35 years traveling with family, we did get robbed in our room, food item stolen from our room fridge and who knows what else. Report this, had to almost beg for answers and at the end, we were made understood that the staff was 100% reliable and that perhaps we were making this up. Unbelievable ! Other minor incidents with housekeeping and hotel personnel.....sadly because its a nice property not run like it such be. Avoid headaches or stay at your own risk.

Daughter's Weekend
