Great experience

Aurora, Illinois

When we come to Chicago we always try to find an excuse to stay the night. We do have a time share with Wyndham and always seem to stay there when there is availability and have always looked across the river to see the Trump Tower and admire its architectural structure. We have come to the 16th floor Terrace for lunch and drinks multiple times and to their Rebar at another occasion and have had top service at all times! Never have we experienced any negativity from the staff. We had the luxury to stay at one of their standard rooms and all I can say is that we were at awe. I did see all the negative comments and have to say that it is completely unfair that people are swayed by our President’s name on the building. The amenities are the best that we have ever encountered at any of the hotels that we have stayed downtown. Which have been a lot! I have to say that I love to see the diversity of the staff as well. For me being a Mexican American, I love seeing that fellow staff members have the pride of having a job that they are proud of. It’s pretty selfish that people would think that by giving a negative review would hurt our President, it is just hurting the staff. Speaking of the staff, we were amazed by walking out to the hotel’s curb and waiting for a cab, a gentleman asked us where we were going and we told him Lawry’s, he said, “Great, let me give you a ride!” He pointed at the Escalade parked outside the hotel. YES!!! The hotel provides you with a driver to take you anywhere within a mile radius. A tip is all that is appreciated. Thank you Rodney(hope spelling is correct) for a great conversation and drive to our destination. As for the room, speechless. We absolutely loved it!!! Everything was amazing. After dinner we came back to the room to relax and the turn down service had already came and made our ambiance so delightful. To the staff that thinks of these details, THANK YOU!!!! You have made our stay amazingly comfortable and look forward to another excuse to stay here again!

Incredible

Fort Worth, Texas

I'll be honest, I would have never selected a Trump property, HUGE sign and all - but this was the only hotel available downtown due to a big restaurant convention. All I can say is WOW! Best hotel staff I have ever encountered, upgraded to a suite which was easily the nicest home room I have had in 30+ years of business travel. Incredible bed, incredible in-room amenities, I could go on and on. First class +++. If you can take the TRUMP name stamped on everything, you will be blown away. Not cheap, but not crazy expensive either. This will be my new home in Chicago.
