Convenient, clean, exceptional service

The hotel has been meticulously restored to its days of grandeur. The staff was incredibly helpful at every step from front door to housekeeping. The rooms were small but a great value. It’s my new go to place in SF.

Please do not trust this hotel or IHG

Toronto, Canada

Please be aware that IHG (the rewards group for this hotel) will not honour any guarantees made in your reservation. It is deeply troubling to have all your arrangements prepared, confirmed and guaranteed only to arrive and be scorned for explaining there had been confusion on written guarantees made on your reservation. Customer Service has been equally frustrating. I've spent more than two hours on the phone with all levels of managers. With each level came less remorse, less accountability and less hospitality. I urge you not to stay at this hotel and even more so not to align yourself with IHG and their family of hotels. Besides their colossal mistake this hotel was terrible. You can hear everything, the bathrooms are dirty, small, and uncomfortable. There are much betters hotels with great rewards who appreciate hospitality. Stay somewhere better, you deserve it.
