Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina

Went here for a conference. Excellent experience all around. The meeting rooms and conference facilities were very nice. The rooms were clean, spacious and updated. The view from my balcony was breathtaking. Loved my stay here.

Had to switch rooms due to staircase noise snd plumbing noise. The room had originally was newly renovated but windows had no noise proof insulation. Food and drink at all outlets on site very good with pleasant staff. Overall a nice property

We stayed here for one night and it was a night too long. I wish we could have immediately cancelled our reservation as soon as we walked in the room. Hallways and carpet in hallways is disgusting. Room itself is very depressing. View is nice but you have to look at dingy curtains that are missing fabric in certain places to see the view. Check-in took forever (don’t be fooled by the nice updated lobby, it peaks there!) Furnitue on balcony is bulky, moldy and old. I would never sit on it. A few other things to highlight: -There is a resort fee (even in the winter). This is supposed to include 2 bottles of water. We had to call to get the bottled water. -Thin walls between rooms. We could hear everything going on in the room next door. -Only one elevator working. Plan ahead to wait and wait and wait. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. I’m schocked that Hyatt would even brand this as one of their hotels. They should shut down and do a complete refresh. I feel like we have been completely taken advantage of by staying here.
