Pros and Cons

New York City, New York

We were there for a conference a week ago and there are things I liked and didn’t like about the property. First of all, a visit to the spa is a must and the a la carte breakfast at the Siena restaurant was great. The problem I have with this property is the staff needs more training. The person at the front desk couldn’t answer my questions at check-in and the catering staff would pick up food from our evening events before everyone would get a chance to eat properly.

Don’t come here

Pensacola, Florida

This is a beautiful facility that is 4 star material but unfortunately the personal running it don’t merit 1 star. From the front desk to the cleaning staff the service is horrible. Anyone reading my reviews know I am generally positive but I can’t think of anything positive to say about this place other than the facilities. Is good help that hard to find in NAPA?? Example: we checked in with few front desk people there. They told us nothing about where our room was but sent us to the building. After walking a very long way we found out there was parking within 4 rooms of where we stayed. The next am at 8:00 there wasn’t anybody at the front desk even when I hollered. Finally I asked some construction people where my meeting might be located. Of course they didn’t know but at least they were friendly and tried to help. From there the cleaning staff rapidly showed us they had no idea how to clean a room. At over $400 a night they could bloody stop turning off the A/C when it was over 100 degrees and we asked them not too. Perhaps they didn’t speak English. In short this was a horrible experience. DON’T STAY HERE!
